The spares may be associated with more than one maintain product .The actual application initiates itself with installation of the product, each installation is treated as unique component under the database. The client for any further interaction or support services refers this installation number. After every installation an installation report has to be generated. The complaints are lodged with customer support division, and the complaints are assigned to a customer support executive. The complaint form should record the brief description of the problem, date, and time and client contact person name. Each time the CSE visits the client site and leaves in response to a complaint, a service report form is filled.

The Travel Management System (TMS)is an integrated travel information system designed to provide patients, staff and visitors to hospitals and medical centers with the information they need to make the best use of all transport options available to them. The system can be accessed in a number of ways either via the internet, from the home page of the hospital’s own website, by mobile phone and at kiosks located at bus/rail Stations, public libraries and hospital reception areas. The Travel Management System team is currently developing and implementing an enterprise-wide travel system to replace the TAPS system. This system will be used for all Indiana University faculty, staff, and students to submit travel authorization documents and initiate reimbursement requests. The new system will allow for the automation of travel approvals and processing of reimbursement requests. Currently, Travel Office staff manually enter travel authorization and reimbursement data. The system is slow and inefficient and leads to data entry errors and delays in processing travel reimbursements for IU faculty, staff, and students. The new system will speed up processing time and provide more accurate data.

It basically list outs the Developers , Projects and the Manager ‘s working for the Company and for which projects they are working for. It even ease the task of the company to review the work efforts of each employee for each work and even reveal the productive work done by them. The company can even assess the project status by looking at the Time Sheet globally , as the developer can type his daily time sheet sitting at his place and logging into this site through net. Once the user ( may be a Developer / Administrator / Manager ) logs on to the net and browse the site and write the Time sheet daily or once in a week , that would be reflected to the database once in a week and that would be reviewed by his manager sitting any where and estimate the productive work done by him for the complete week.

Revenue Appraisal system is a payment system (or online tax payment system) is an information system by which tax-payers would pay electronically tax-due. There are three tax payment methods. One of them is named traditional tax collection method, in which the tax-payers pay tax-due at the tax administration. The other two tax payment methods are to use interactive bank accounts in internet or to use bank ATM in front of the bank building. These two last methods differ from the traditional method and form online tax payment system. Government has authorized banks or special financial institutions to collect electronic taxes Two methods of data collection were employed in this study. Initially, textual analysis was applied in order to examine reports, government policy documents, media releases, journal articles, and other written material. Then, in-depth interviews with the directors of tax administrations and surveys with Certified Public Accountants (CPA) were carried out.

The Current project”AEROSPACE” deals with the day-to-day booking and cancellations of flight tickets running throughout India. Any person can simply sit on a computer and can do booking and cancellation of a flight ticket through a single credit card. How different the current application is? This Project Provides people a simple way of navigating through Active Server pages embedded in ASP.Net, creates backend database in MS-SQL Server so that there will be a perfect identification of a person who is accessing the site and about the booking details of a passenger. In addition, I have provided a simple, user-friendly site with easy identification of all arrivals & departures of all flights running throughout India. A passenger can simply enroll his booking for a particular flight starting in a particular city by giving his simple identification details like Name, Address, phone number etc., with a perfect valid credit card.

In customer module customers will give orders for items which are being available in that shop. In our project that order is processed and details are stored in data base. In invoice module total bill for ordered items will be created. In case if the ordered items are not being shipped at a time then the pending order details will be processed and the bill for the pending order will be created. In Marchant Module products are being maintained in category wise and product wise, item wise and up to date stock will be maintained in computerized manner. And up to date order given by the customer through online web status will be shown with help of dynamic web pages by getting data from database.

Description:
On arrival at reception, the patient will be given a form to fill up to provide the personal details. After the Payment is made, the patient will get the receipt and then he/she will go to the respective clinic for testing. The data provided by the patient will be entered and based on the treatment/consulting required he/she will be advised to consult a Doctor from the panel.
